Job Description

Sells Group Advisors is hiring a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and deal teams with critical day-to-day coordination and firm operations. This is a foundational role requiring impeccable attention to detail, time management, and a strong sense of ownership.

 Location

  • Full-time, 100% In-Person, at Sells Group Advisors Headquarters in Northwest Arkansas

    • HQ is located in Bentonville/Rogers, AR

  • This is a fully in-office role with a daily starting time of 7:00 AM CT

    • Designed to maximize focused collaboration, speed of training, and client responsiveness

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to partners, advisors, and firm leadership—including scheduling, inbox management, and document preparation

  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones

  • Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and internal files

  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and event logistics

  • Coordinate onboarding and streamline internal communications across teams

  • Manage recurring internal workflows and ensure process consistency

  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; administrative certifications are a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or executive support roles

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and commitment to excellence

  • Experience working in high-performance or client-facing teams is a strong advantage
