Job Description
Sells Group Advisors is hiring a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and deal teams with critical day-to-day coordination and firm operations. This is a foundational role requiring impeccable attention to detail, time management, and a strong sense of ownership.

Full-time, 100% In-Person, at Sells Group Advisors Headquarters in Northwest Arkansas
HQ is located in Bentonville/Rogers, AR
This is a fully in-office role with a daily starting time of 7:00 AM CT
Designed to maximize focused collaboration, speed of training, and client responsiveness
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to partners, advisors, and firm leadership—including scheduling, inbox management, and document preparation
Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and internal files
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and event logistics
Coordinate onboarding and streamline internal communications across teams
Manage recurring internal workflows and ensure process consistency
Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; administrative certifications are a plus
2+ years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and commitment to excellence
Experience working in high-performance or client-facing teams is a strong advantage
