Job Description
Sells Group Advisors is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Transaction Coordinator to support our deal teams through the entire transaction process. This role is vital to ensuring client deliverables are tracked, deadlines are met, and communications flow seamlessly across internal and external stakeholders.
As a core operational pillar of our high-performance team, you will liaise directly with advisors, clients, attorneys, accountants, and investors. You will manage deal checklists, gather documentation, and facilitate smooth transitions between critical workstreams. The right candidate is a process-oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure and brings meticulous attention to detail.

Location
Full-time, 100% In-Person, at Sells Group Advisors Headquarters in Northwest Arkansas
HQ is located in Bentonville/Rogers, AR
This is a fully in-office role with a daily starting time of 7:00 AM CT
Designed to maximize focused collaboration, speed of training, and client responsiveness
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of coordination on high-level deals
Maintain live transaction checklists, timelines, and milestone trackers
Prepare, proofread, and organize legal, financial, and marketing documents for distribution
Track data room activity, signatures, and compliance with deal documentation requirements
Schedule key meetings, calls, and milestones to ensure uninterrupted process flow
Ensure Salesforce is updated accurately and promptly
Triage time-sensitive communications with professionalism, urgency, and clarity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or related field
Experience in operations, legal admin, or client services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and documentation
Ability to remain calm under pressure and independently manage time-sensitive requests
Familiarity with Dropbox, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and Salesforce
